How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 14–31 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your country.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded to your account as soon as it's available. You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Package page.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually provided within a few business days of placing your order. Please check your email and spam/junk folder.

Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking may take a few days to update depending on the carrier. If there’s no update after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
