How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded to your account as soon as it's available. You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Package page.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually provided within a few business days of placing your order. Please check your email and spam/junk folder.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking may take a few days to update depending on the carrier. If there’s no update after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
